SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER AVAILABILITY
Our goal is next day shipping on orders received by 11:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday, except holidays, provided we have sufficient product inventory to ship your complete order or with your approval, a partial order with the remainder sent at a later date. During the summer months we ship only 3 times a week.
HANDLING FEE
For normal shipments and deliveries, we charge $6.00 per order to cover the cost of materials like boxes, labels, tape etc.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are not included in your order total! They are based on your individual order and will be charged to your credit card separately prior to shipping.
For Packages less than 12 ounces the shipping cost are covered by the handling fee and these will be shipped for FREE! (US mainland only)
As we are just a small business with a niche product we are not in the position to offer flat rate shipping fees that could be charged with the purchase. There is also no shipping program we could afford that can calculate the box size that is needed for the various combinations of our products. As the shipping prices vary from $ 3.00 to $50, depending on package size, weight and destination, we think that this individual way of charging the shipping costs is the fairest way for each customer.
This is the reason, why Your credit card will be charged twice: the first time when you submit your order your credit card will be charged for the items and the handling fee, the second time when your order is about to be shipped your credit card will be charged for the exact shipping costs. The exact shipping costs will be charged to your credit card at time of shipping.

Normal delivery is with USPS United States Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping unless all the ordered items fit in a small box with less than 13 ounces weight, then they are shipped First Class Mail for free.(US mainland only). Oversized and heavy packages might be shipped with USPS Parcel Select Ground. The following gives you a little overview about USPS shipping costs:

Heavier packages might be shipped USPS Parcel Ground when the price is lower than Priority Mail.

Small packages less than 12 ounces will be shipped for FREE!
Most of all orders can be shipped in the category "Packages", also brooms with handles. Large Packages are required for combinations of a broom handle and an item that is wider or higher than 5 inches, for example a broom and a dustpan.
If the shipping costs will exceed half of the total price of the ordered items, we will contact you prior to shipping.
For your protection, we will insure packages with a value of more than $ 150.00 for ca. $ 2.50 - $ 4.99. If you do not want insurance or want insurance on packages with lesser value, please leave us a note with your order.
In Florida expect a USPS delivery time of 3-5 days. Outside of Florida expect a delivery time of 7 - 10 days. Delivery time for Priority Mail is 2 - 3 days. If faster shipping is required, please call 941 928 9048 for a custom quote.
Our ultimate goal is to break even on our true shipping and packaging costs; we do not intend to make a profit on shipping.
SHIPPING TERMS
F.O.B. point of origin. Title, risk of loss and damage during transit pass to the customer upon delivery to or receipt by carrier. Unless specified otherwise by you, we will select the most economical and expedient method of shipment. For package values of more than $ 150.00 we will purchase an insurance and add it to the shipping costs. If you’d like any other packages to be insured, please notify us.
PRICING RETURN POLICY Nessentials provides only highest quality products. Every single item will be controlled before shipping and will have no damages or defects. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If – however - a product reaches you in damaged or defect condition occurred during shipping you can claim for damage within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and exchange or return within 30 days of receipt. Your participation to present damage that occurred during shipping to the post office will be required to receive a refund. As colors may vary in all wooden products and also in the appearance on every screen, the color of an item is NOT a reason for returns. Slightly uneven or not completely straight parts of the wooden parts of the items or handles are NOT a reason for returns. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs except USPS reimburses the shipping costs in a damage claim. Previous shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Besides defective items the prices for our items are kept as reasonable as possible and do not include the possibility of returns.
In cases of damage or defect, any claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment via email.
The return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem in an email to info@nessentials.com. In many cases, action (in the form of exchange or refund) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer to Nessentials as well as to USPS.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item can not be returned or refunded.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Nessentials will provide a shipping address in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a Nessentials representative to be defective. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Previous shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Under no circumstance does Nessentials reimburse (or provide credit) for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with Nessentials support as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to Nessentials.
